I have a lovely friend. He is so close to me. He is with me all the time and we enjoy each other’s company very much. My friend did something for me that I will never forget. I was condemned to die and go to hell because of my sins, my friend came, took my place and died in my place. He said if only I believe in Him I will no longer go to hell. I did and asked Him into my heart. He came in and saved me from sin. Since then He lives in my heart. I now have Peace and Joy and I know that one day He will come and take me to heaven to be with Him forever.
Do you now know my friend? His Name is Jesus Christ. He did not die for me alone but for you as well. He wants to be your friend. If you believe in Him and ask Him to come into your heart, He will come in and help you not to sin again. There is no friend like my friend! If you want Jesus to be your friend, then say this prayer, ‘Dear Jesus, I want you to be my friend. I believe that you died for my sins. I confess my sins and ask you to come into my heart. Be my Lord and Saviour. Thank you for answering me. In Jesus’ Name I have prayed.’ Amen! Praise God! Jesus is now your friend. Go and don’t sin again.
