God created all things: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” Genesis 1:1.“For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him…” Colossians 1:16.
God created all things through His Word: The story of creation is recorded in Genesis 1:1-31.
Hebrews 11:3 says, “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”
JESUS is the WORD OF GOD and the SON OF GOD: “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” John 1:14.
“But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” John 20:31.
JESUS IS GOD: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1.
“And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.” John 20:28.
“Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him…Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very work’s sake.” John 14:8,9,11.
God created man in His own image: “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” Genesis 1:26,27.
Sin separated man from God: “Therefore the LORD GOD sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.” Genesis 3:23,24.
“Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” Isaiah 59:1,2.
The wages of sin is death: “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.” Ezekiel 18:4.
“For the wages of sin is death…” Romans 6:23a.
JESUS is the Saviour of the world from sin: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
“…but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23b.
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6.
“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.” 1 John 5:20.
“And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life, and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” 1 John 5:11,12.
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12.
We implore you to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour by acknowledging that you are a sinner who cannot save himself or herself; confess your sins to Jesus who died for your sins and was raised for your justification. Turn away from sin and put your faith in the Lord Jesus as the ONLY way to eternal life in heaven.
